Rotation and appointment of directors
At the 25th July 2011 Annual Meeting, Mr Peter MR Browne retired as a Director and Mr Arthur P Muldoon was
re-elected as a Director. In accordance with the Company Constitution, on 1st August 2011 Mr Peter Till was
appointed to the Board. In accordance with the Company Constitution, at each annual meeting of the company
one-third (or the number nearest to one-third) of the directors must retire from office. A retiring director is
eligible eligible for re-election. At the 2012 Annual Meeting, Messrs Earl Rattray and Simon Young retire and
offer themselves for re-election.
