Outcome measures
Contributions to societal outcomes in relation to Kaitiakitanga include raising the educational level of all New
Zealanders while helping reduce our impact on the planet. Data and environmental outcomes are drawn from the
Ministry for the Environment’s Statement of Intent (measure1(i)), while educational outcome results are taken
from the government’s Better Public Service targets.
