Manuka Henare is a Te Mana Whakahaere member of Te Wānanga o Aotearoa and is a Te Mana Whakahaere member
of Manukau Institute of Technology. Te Wānanga o Aotearoa rents rooms from Manukau Institute of Technology to
deliver Te Ara Reo Māori programmes. Manukau Institute of Technology has made a contribution towards the Maori
into Tertiary Education (MITE) project.
