serve to strengthen the education
focus across the organisation and
acknowledges the many diverse
programmes and initiatives being
implemented successfully across
all our entities: Waikato Raupatu
Lands Trust, Waikato Raupatu River
Trust, Tainui Group Holdings and the
Waikato-Tainui College for Research
and Development.
Finally, for Waikato-Tainui, whaanau
is at the heart of lifelong learning.
We will commit to supporting all
whaanau to become lifelong learners
and leaders that determine their
futures. This sentiment is echoed in
the words of Te Puea Herangi and our
mission statement,
“kia tupu, kia hua,
kia puawai” – to grow, to prosper, to
