15 Related Party Transactions
Transactions with related party organisations totalled $302,332 (2015: $182,000) during the
year. Interests were declared when these transactions were considered and key management
personnel took no part in deliberations relating to organisations in which they had an
interest. There was $10,000 payable (exclusive of GST) at balance date (2015: nil).
