In 2013, Tainui Development Limited sold 42 hectares of land at Rotokauri to the joint venture partnership, Rotokauri
Development Limited for residential sub‑division. As at 31 March 2013, $1.2m was outstanding and has since been paid (see note 11).
During the year, Raukura Moana Seafoods Limited transferred quota valued at $0.6m to Raukura Moana Sealord Limited
Partnership which was priced at market rates.
